Life in our flat

The flat is just next to EPFL. This means you don't have to pay for monthly abo to commute to school. This means at least 50 chf saving per month, 70+ chf saving if you are 25+ years old. Excessively convenient. You step out and the epfl station is just there. The photos on the listing show the bathroom. For the photos of the room and the coloc, go to https://www.fmel.ch/en/maison/atrium and check the photos under "CHF 740 a month". I put the bathroom because that is the only thing that is not shown on the fmel website, other parts are already basically the same. If you satisfy the condition given (a room to offer from Zurich) let me know and I can definitely make a video call to show everything. You can also come to my room and visit it on site, I don't mind. Whatever is fine for you is fine for me.

Someone who knows of a room in Zurich that can be readily sublet to me from mid-September to either December or March. I am looking for a room exchange, basically. The following is very important: Please do not contact if you do not satisfy this condition. In your contact message, indicate that you have/know someone who have a room that is ready to be sublet for me. Otherwise, your message will be ignored. I can proceed with signing the agreement only after I sign the agreement for a room in Zurich.
