7-person shared house with a garden in Pfaffhausen, looking for 2 housemates (FINTA preferred). Five of us live here, aged 26–33 (3 male- and 2 female-presenting), left-wing, creative and into community living, not just sharing rent. The house has two kitchens, a workshop, an office and a sewing studio. We only recently moved in, so there is still room for new ideas and projects.
Two rooms are available. A bright room on the 1st floor is 614 CHF net per month, free from around February. A large room in the basement, with plenty of windows, is 850 CHF net per month, available from December, January or February at the latest. Additional fees apply.
