Life in our flat

I'm looking for a subtenant for my room in a shared apartment from January 1st, 2027 to June 30th, 2027, as I'm going abroad. The room is furnished and the monthly rent is 1238 chf (excluding electricity). The apartment is very modern, has a balcony, two bathrooms, dishwasher, own washing machine and is located right on Bucheggplatz and you would share it with two female flat mates.
