Life in our flat

Four of us, ages 18 to 35, and something like six languages between us. English is the common one.

Giuliano (22) just finished his bachelor in the Netherlands. Basketball, chess, films, and whatever sport happens to be on.
Bruno (35) is French, works here, and is the most adaptable person in the flat. Cars, DIY, chess, games and good food, plus Portuguese and a bit of Japanese, Russian and German.
Enrique (18) is a student. Basketball, the gym and a book. Disciplined in a way the rest of us find mildly alarming.
Marzio (27) is an engineer. Cooks, skis, draws, and follows football properly.

Nothing here is extreme. Everyone sits somewhere in the middle: sociable without being in your face, tidy without being precious about it. We mostly see friends outside and come home for the quiet.

Someone who can slot into a flat that already runs smoothly. There are four of us, from 18 to 35, nobody with strong feelings about how the kitchen should be organised and nobody keeping score.

That is genuinely the character of this place. We clean up after ourselves, split what needs splitting, and have never once had to call a flat meeting about it. If you have lived somewhere tense before, this is the opposite of that.

What we ask is simple: be reachable, be straight with us, and do your share without being asked twice. Say hello, join dinner when you feel like it, and take your own evening when you need one.

Bonus points if you play basketball, can beat Bruno at chess, or cook something worth staying home for.
