This is a proffesionally rented room by A/INTERIM. Located in Aarau-Rohr, just 30 minutes from Zurich by train, AARE BASE offers fully furnished rooms in a spacious and well-connected residential complex. With a bus station situated right in front of the building, you have a 7minutes ride to the Aarau Main station.
Each room is move-in ready, featuring modern furniture, high-speed internet, and access to shared kitchens and living areas.
We have two contract options:
1) Fixed-Term Contract:
- At least 5 months
- Monthly payment
- Fixed contract until end of duration
- 1 month of rent as deposit
2) Short-Term Contract:
- 1-3 months duration (at your choosing)
- Payment of whole duration in one instalment
- 25-45% deposit depending on duration
All shared spaces are professionally cleaned once a week.
