Each apartment has been thoughtfully curated, fully furnished furnished, with premium materials, and a refined interior aesthetic. Bright, generous living spaces, elegant bathrooms, and fully equipped designer kitchens ensure the highest level of comfort.
We have two contract options:
1) Fixed-Term Contract:
- At least 4 months
- Monthly payment
- Fixed contract until end of duration
- 1 month of rent as deposit
2) Short-Term Contract:
- 1-3 months duration (at your choosing)
- Payment of whole duration in one instalment
- 25-45% deposit depending on duration
These shared spaces are cleaned once a week by our professional cleaning service.
