Each room is move-in ready, complete with modern furniture, high-speed internet, and access to shared kitchens and living areas. The setup fosters both privacy and community.
With its proximity to universities, the lake, and Zurich’s city pulse, ZOLLI BASE brings together convenience, comfort, and flexibility – a temporary home designed for focus, connection, and balance.
We have two contract options:
1) Fixed-Term Contract:
- At least 4 months
- Monthly payment
- Fixed contract until end of duration
- 1 month of rent as deposit
2) Short-Term Contract:
- 1-3 months duration (at your choosing)
- Payment of whole duration in one instalment
- 25-45% deposit depending on duration
These shared spaces are cleaned once a week by our professional cleaning service.
