How to enter

List your flat on Flatable
Put your room on Flatable. You see everyone who liked your flat, and your whole WG decides together who gets invited to a viewing.

Find your new flatmate
Meet the people who fit, pick the one you want to live with, and sign the contract by 1 October 2026.

Send us the contract
Email it to support@flatable.ch with the subject GIVEAWAY FLATABLE. That is your entry, and it costs nothing.
What to put in the email
- The signature page only. Black out everything except the names of the parties, the flat address, and the date. We do not need the rent, the deposit, or any bank details.
- No signed contract? A written confirmation from your landlord or main tenant works too.
- The email address of your Flatable account. We use it to match your entry to your flat listing, so we can see the flatmate came from Flatable.
- The subject line GIVEAWAY FLATABLE. Entries sent with a different subject can get missed.
We delete every document we receive once the draw is done and the prizes are sent.

2. Participation period
The giveaway runs from 1 August 2026 until 1 October 2026. Only rental contracts signed between 1 August 2026 and 1 October 2026 qualify. Entries must reach us by 31 October 2026 at 23:59 CET.
3. Who can take part
Flats that list a room on Flatable and find a new flatmate through Flatable. Participants must be at least 18 years old and resident in Switzerland. Employees of Flatable GmbH and members of their households cannot take part.
4. How to enter
Email support@flatable.ch with the subject GIVEAWAY FLATABLE. Attach the signature page of the signed rental contract, or a written confirmation from the landlord or main tenant, and include the email address of the Flatable account used for the listing. Send the signature page only, and black out everything except the names of the parties, the flat address, and the date.
5. Entries
One entry per signed contract. We check every entry against our own records to confirm the flatmate was found through Flatable. Entries we cannot verify are not admitted to the draw.
6. Prizes
CHF 200 in cash, CHF 100 in cash, and one box of El Tony Mate. The prizes are drawn in three separate draws and every valid entry takes part in all three. Each participant can win a maximum of one prize.
7. Draw and notification
The draw takes place on 1 November 2026. Winners are notified by email and have 14 days to reply with the details needed to send the prize. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, a replacement winner is drawn.
8. How prizes are delivered
Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer to an account in the winner's name. The box of El Tony Mate is shipped to an address in Switzerland. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other goods, and the box cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. No purchase necessary
Taking part is free. Finding a flatmate on Flatable is free, and no purchase of any kind improves the chance of winning.
10. Data protection
We use the documents and contact details only to check entries, run the draw, and deliver the prizes, and we do not pass them to anyone else. Every document we receive is deleted once the draw is complete and the prizes are delivered, and at the latest on 31 December 2026. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Changes
If the giveaway cannot be run as planned, Flatable may change or cancel it. Any change is published on this page.
12. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
